I had a fantastic stay at the Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside. the location is unbeatable for skiing. My room was comfortable, though a bit noisy from the nearby slopeside activities. The facilities were excellent, especially the spa area, which became my go-to after a long day on the slopes.

Rooms

My one-bedroom slopeside room was well-appointed with a large king-size bed. It was clean and comfortable, although it got a bit noisy from the surrounding area. I loved having a kitchenette to make quick breakfasts before heading out to ski.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciated their assistance in booking a bear sightseeing tour, which was a nice experience.

The hotel's location is perfect, just steps from the gondola. It allowed for easy access to the slopes and was close to various restaurants and shops, making walking around the village a breeze.
Dining

I enjoyed the Irish pub on-site, which served great drinks. However, I didn't dine there as it seemed a bit noisy and not family-friendly.

The facilities were superb, with a fantastic pool and spa area, ideal for unwinding after a day on the mountain. The ski lockers were very convenient as well.

5.2/10

My stay at the Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside was enjoyable overall, with the location being a real highlight. It was close to the gondolas and other amenities. However, the condition of the hotel felt a bit tired, and the communication from staff could have been better at times.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and modern, featuring a comfortable king-size bed with an excellent mountainside view. though there was a bit too much furniture for the space, making it feel somewhat crowded.
Service
7.0
Most of the staff were friendly and eager to assist with local info, which was great. although I encountered a couple of instances where communication could have been clearer.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the lifts and close to various bars and restaurants. perfect for those who enjoy being in the midst of the action.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast from the attached pub was decent, but the dining options were somewhat limited. a full restaurant experience would have been preferable.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were solid, especially the outdoor pool and hot tubs. although the parking was quite pricey and not what I expected.

6.8/10

My stay at the Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside was fantastic overall, with an unbeatable location right next to the lifts and stunning views. The rooms were spacious and equipped with a kitchenette, making them perfect for my family. However, I found the beds to be less comfortable than expected, which took away from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious and included a kitchenette which was great for our family. However, the beds could have been more comfortable for a better night's sleep.
Service
7.0
Most of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, although I did have one less-than-ideal interaction at checkout that could have been improved with better communication.
Location
10.0
The location is very nice, just steps away from both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas, making it super convenient for skiing. It's also close to the village which was a huge plus.
Dining
6.0
Although there is a pub on the ground floor, the breakfast options were limited and didn't open early enough for those keen to hit the slopes early.
Facilities

The hotel features great facilities, including an outdoor pool and hot tubs, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day of skiing. However, I wish there were more dining options available, especially for breakfast.

I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside and I truly enjoyed my time there. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the gondolas and in the heart of Whistler Village. Although some noise from the pool and hot tub could be a concern, the service I received was generally positive and the staff were very friendly. The suite was clean and well-equipped, making my stay comfortable. ☀️🏔️

The suite I had was spacious and well-equipped with kitchen amenities, allowing me to cook my own meals. It was nice to have a lovely fireplace and a small deck with a mountain view, adding to the cozy atmosphere.
Service

While I encountered some minor issues, such as the staff being a bit snarky about a tax, most interactions were positive. The staff were helpful with my enquiries, and I appreciated the early check-in option.

The hotel's location is perfect for skiing, right next to the major gondola stations and in close proximity to restaurants and bars. It's convenient, especially for apres-ski activities.

I loved the breakfast options available, and even though it was on the larger side, it fueled my day very nicely. The in-house pub is a great spot for a meal and a pint.

The facilities were impressive, with a fantastic outdoor hot tub that was lovely to enjoy after a day on the slopes. There were also great services like room service and ski equipment hire.

6.2/10

My stay at the Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside was overall a good experience, though it had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, right at the base of the Blackcomb and Whistler mountains, making it ideal for skiing. However, I encountered a few cleaning issues in my suite, which was a bit disappointing. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially during a stressful situation my family faced, which really stood out to me.

Rooms
8.0
I enjoyed my one-bedroom suite which was beautifully appointed and comfortable. It smelled fresh upon entry, and the king bed was really cozy. It could have been cleaner, as I found some hairs and dust under the bed.
Service
8.0
The staff were mostly friendly and eager to assist, especially Emily, who was extremely kind during a medical emergency we faced. However, I did experience some communication issues when it came to getting information about services like room service.
Location
9.0
The location was superb, right at the base of the lifts, which I imagine would be amazing for winter sports enthusiasts. Even in summer, it was great to have everything within walking distance, but it didn't feel as necessary to be that close to the mountain without the snow.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were limited since I only had breakfast at the sister hotel. It was nice, but not really good, so I can't speak much about their other offerings.
Facilities
7.0
I appreciated the amenities like a pool and hot tub, though they felt a bit dated. It's nice to have some services available such as room service and grocery shopping, but I wish parking wasn't an extra charge.
