I had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the lifts and nestled right in the village. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning. However, I did experience a mix-up with my charges that took some time to resolve.

The location couldn't be better. I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while soaking in the mountain views. It was convenient to access restaurants and shops without feeling overwhelmed.

The complimentary breakfast was good. it offered a variety of delicious hot and cold options, which saved us time in the mornings before hitting the slopes.

The facilities were impressive. I really appreciated the ski concierge service and the availability of pool and sauna. However, the layout to access them could be a bit awkward.

I had a wonderful family stay at the Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre. The central village location made it easy to access slopes and restaurants, though parking was pricey if you need it. The complimentary buffet breakfast was a highlight for us, especially the variety it offered for kids. While the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, I found the spa area a bit cramped and noisy due to the layout.

Our suite was spacious, clean, and had a lovely mountain view with a perfect balcony for relaxing. The full kitchen was a great added bonus for our family.
Service

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. From the front desk to housekeeping, I felt well taken care of throughout our visit.
Location

The hotel’s location was excellent for exploring the village and accessing the slopes. I appreciated being close to the restaurants and shops but tucked away from loud crowds.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was decent and a nice way to start the day, but the selection could use some improvement (the sweets were a bit repetitive).
Facilities

The amenities were good, especially having a dedicated ski locker, but the spa area could get quite noisy. I would love to see more comfortable locker room facilities.

My stay at the Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre was fantastic overall. The location is ideal, very close to the slopes but away from the nightlife's noise, which I appreciated. The breakfast option was a bit underwhelming since it required pre-ordering and lacked variety. However, the service from staff was really good, making me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay.

Rooms
8.0
The room I stayed in was modern and clean, featuring a cozy gas fireplace and a comfortable pull-out couch, perfect for my family. However, the bedroom felt a little tight with limited space for personal items.
Service
10.0
I can't praise the service enough; everyone, especially Nathan and the doorman, went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. They always greeted me warmly and assisted with my ski equipment.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is perfect—just a short walk to the lifts and conveniently situated near the village. I found it easy to explore without being in the midst of the lively party scene.
Dining
6.0
While the breakfast was nice, it lacked diversity since I had to order it the night before. I expected a buffet option for the price, which was disappointing.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were good, with options like ski equipment storage and a lovely outside spa to unwind after a long day on the mountain. I particularly enjoyed having access to a full kitchen in my suite.

My stay at Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre was largely enjoyable, thanks to the friendly staff and spacious rooms. The location was perfect, being close to shops and restaurants, although the breakfast experience was a letdown. Overall, it was a great trip, with just a few minor hiccups.

Rooms

I stayed in a two-bedroom suite that was incredibly spacious and comfortable. There was a lovely gas fireplace, and despite some minor wear in the shower area, it was mostly clean and modern.
Service
8.0
The staff were mostly excellent, always happy to help, especially in the bar area. However, I did encounter a rude check-in experience on one occasion, which was disappointing.
Location

The hotel is in a fantastic spot, just a short walk from everything fun in the village. I loved the quietness, especially after a long day of skiing.
Dining

While the bar staff were good, the breakfast didn't live up to my expectations. I was hoping for a buffet, but it turned out to be limited and not worth the charge.
Facilities

The hotel had great amenities, including a lovely pool area, but I wish they offered a more substantial breakfast option instead of just a few items to prepare myself.

My stay at Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre was a mix of excellent service and some disappointments. The staff was genuinely helpful, especially the concierge, but the room felt quite dated. The location was perfect for exploring Whistler, though I found the breakfast options lacking. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there's room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a fully equipped kitchen. However, the decor seemed stuck in the '90s, with dark colors and dated furnishings that felt unwelcoming. I expected more for the price I paid.
Service
8.0
The service was generally excellent. The concierge made my stay easier by helping with ski storage and a late checkout. However, there was a minor language barrier at the front desk, which caused some confusion regarding breakfast items.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, right in the heart of Whistler Village yet not too close to the nightlife noise. I appreciated the proximity to shops and restaurants, making it convenient to explore.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast offered was quite limited and not as good as I had hoped. The sweet options like waffles and yogurt could use some variety and healthier choices to improve the dining experience.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were quite nice with a large pool that was good for laps, and a cozy lounge area. However, the parking fee of CAD 32.00 per night felt a bit steep. Overall, though, it had most amenities I needed.
