Fantastic Stay!

The staff was nice and always ready to assist. I found the beds to be very comfortable, which ensured a good night's sleep. The location was also fantastic. It was easy to get around without a car. I especially appreciated the breakfast and après-ski snacks!!!
The pool and sauna are somewhat inconveniently located, requiring passage through public areas.

The location provided easy access to the village stroll. It was possible to walk everywhere, and I didn't need a car. The hotel is right by the Village stroll!!!

the location provided easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast buffet included a nice selection of items. the staff were generally friendly and accommodating to our needs.
One of the elevators was out of service. This caused significant delays. the parking fee of $32 felt high. the pool was narrow and seemed more suited for laps than general use.

Excellent stay in convenient location

We received a pleasant surprise upon check-in. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. I particularly appreciated the full kitchen. We dined in some nights. The breakfast included a good selection of proteins, carbs, pastries, yogurt, and fruit.
i noticed the hot tub was rarely maintained, and i could feel dirt in the hot tub. The change rooms also needed some cleaning attention.
Service

The staff transported our skis from the hotel to a sister hotel near the gondola. After skiing, i dropped off skis nearby and walked a block back. The breakfast checkin staff was friendly and willing to assist clients.

Our unit included a full-size pull-out bed in the den with a door. This created a third bedroom. The living room also had a queen pull-out bed. We enjoyed three full bathrooms for our group.

The coffee machine made excellent lattes. The breakfast spread included various proteins and pastries. An apres ski event offered hot chocolate and sweet treats from 3 to 5 daily.
